Furniture Delivery to Canada

FurniFindUSA delivers to Canada on orders up to $500 (USD). Delivery takes 4–13 business days including processing, and shipping is $30 to $40 depending on the order total. Everything below comes from our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and FAQ. If a policy page changes, the policy page is the one to follow.

Delivery times

  • Processing: orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days.
  • Delivery to Canada: 4–13 business days, including processing.
  • Carriers: most orders ship via UPS, USPS or FedEx Ground. We offer standard shipping only at the moment.
  • Tracking: you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
  • Signatures: some shipments may require a signature. If so, the carrier will make up to 3 attempts.

Our Terms of Service note that delivery times are estimates, and delays from carriers or customs processing can happen. If you're furnishing for a move-in date, leave yourself some extra time.

Shipping cost and order limit

  • $40 for orders under $100.
  • $35 for orders from $100 to $300.
  • $30 for orders from $300 to $500.
  • Canadian orders over $500 can't ship at the moment. Freight for large furniture to Canada costs far more than to U.S. addresses, so for now we keep Canadian orders to $500 or less.

Duties, taxes and currency

Prices are shown and charged in U.S. dollars (USD), so your bank or card issuer converts the total to Canadian dollars.

Our prices don’t include Canadian GST/HST, import duties or carrier brokerage fees, and these aren’t collected at checkout. If any apply, they may be payable on delivery. Questions before you order? Email help@FurniFindUSA.com.

Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
  • To start a return, email help@FurniFindUSA.com with your order number.
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

Since returning a large piece across the border takes planning, keep the original boxes until you're sure it stays.

What to measure before you order

  • The space: width, depth and height of the spot, plus room to walk around it.
  • The route in: every doorway, hallway, stair turn and elevator between the truck and the room.
  • The boxes: each listing's product details show the item size along with the shipping size, number of cartons and shipping method. If a listing says LTL (freight), contact us before ordering to ask how delivery to your address will work.
